Recruitment Campaign for National College Prep Nonprofit

Context

Seeking video, emails, and text messages for a recruitment campaign focused on high school students in historically underrepresented communities.

Approach

We leveraged our youth since a member of our team had firsthand experience with this program’s platform. We combined her perspective as a high school student with the lessons we learned by speaking with past participants in this program and reviewing previously used campaign materials. Then we pitched and executed an approach designed to activate current high school students. We brought on an experienced video editor to ensure sufficient polish on the final products.

Results

The videos, still images, and text assets we created led to a successful campaign with the program meeting its recruitment goal of about 1,000 applications.
