We hire young adults (ages 16-27) from across the country to contribute their unique skill sets and diverse perspectives. We’re not looking for a certain degree or pedigree. Instead, we want to know how candidates can contribute and how hungry they are to grow.
By building intergenerational teams, we offer clients a range of skill sets and perspectives that can reach varied audiences and inspire social change. We monitor performance, adjust as needed, and accelerate.
