Each Day Communications is a communications consulting firm focused on empowering the next generation through meaningful storytelling. We specialize in copywriting, video editing, story mining, social media management, ghostwriting, graphic design, media pitching, and web maintenance. A. What You Share With Us

Contact Forms

When you get in touch through our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message—plus your phone number or company name if you choose to include them.

Team Member Applications

 If you apply to work with us, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, relevant links (like a portfolio or LinkedIn), short written answers, and any uploaded files such as a résumé or work samples.

All form submissions are handled through Asana Forms and stored securely in our Asana workspace. Only authorized team members can view them.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we may automatically receive details such as:
your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited.
We use this information to understand site traffic and improve performance.

2. Why We Use Your Information

We only use your information when there’s a clear reason to do so:

• To manage submissions inside Asana so our team can stay organized.

4. How Long We Keep Your Information

• Contact forms: kept for up to 12 months for follow-up.
  
• Applications: kept for up to 12 months to consider you for current or future roles.

We may keep data longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
Everything is stored securely in Asana and only accessible to approved team members.

5. International Transfers

Our website and tools (like Asana and Google Analytics) are hosted in the United States.

If you’re visiting from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred here.
When we do this, we rely on standard legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our services aren’t designed for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.

If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please email hello@eachdaycomms.org so we can delete it.

7. Who Else Might See Your Data

We don’t sell or rent your information. We may share it only with:

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our forms from spam.
It analyzes visitor behavior and device details for security.

10. “Do Not Track” Signals

Our site doesn’t currently respond to browser DNT signals, but you can control cookies in your browser or through our consent banner.
