Contact Forms

When you get in touch through our contact form, we collect your name, email, and message—plus your phone number or company name if you choose to include them.

Team Member Applications

 If you apply to work with us, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, relevant links (like a portfolio or LinkedIn), short written answers, and any uploaded files such as a résumé or work samples.

All form submissions are handled through Asana Forms and stored securely in our Asana workspace. Only authorized team members can view them.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we may automatically receive details such as:
your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited.
We use this information to understand site traffic and improve performance.

Everything is stored securely in Asana and only accessible to approved team members.

Our website and tools (like Asana and Google Analytics) are hosted in the United States.

If you’re visiting from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred here.
When we do this, we rely on standard legal safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to keep your data protected.

Our services aren’t designed for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect data from children.
