Job Summary:

The Account Manager works alongside the President in beginning to manage end-to-end relationships with an assigned portfolio of Each Day clients. The Account Manager will be providing support to ensure exceptional client service delivery and drive successful outcomes through strategic guidance and oversight of client projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Assist the President in providing high-quality service to clients.
  2. Project Coordination: Contribute to the coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring items are delivered on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards. 
  3. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.
  4. Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and communications, taking detailed notes and providing follow-up as needed. 
  5. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and gather data to support account needs, identify opportunities, and provide insights to the President.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of account management, client services, or relevant project management experience
  • Creativity in storytelling is a huge plus
  • Outstanding client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management capabilities
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and requests
  • Problem-solving skills and capacity to think critically and strategically
  • Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (Asana and Slack)
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align cross-functional resources
  • Background or knowledge of communications, marketing, or related fields
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth
  • Candidates in Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

Fully remote – $30/hr – 20-30 hours/week
